4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful order processing and confirmation by LioneX Moto.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in circumstances including:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Delivery limitations
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.

5. Order Cancellation and Modification

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while the order status is “Order Confirmed.”

Once the order status becomes “Delivery Initiated,” the order cannot be cancelled or modified because it has been processed by our warehouse and may be ready for dispatch or handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Customers may request a return within 3 days from the delivery date, subject to eligibility requirements.

Exchanges are allowed only for size and color variations and are subject to product availability.

Products must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories.

A 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by LioneX Moto.

7. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products

Customers must report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.

For claims involving damaged, missing, or incorrect products, the customer must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:

• Shipping label
• Sealed package
• Complete unboxing process
• External condition of the package
• Product received

The unboxing video is mandatory for processing such claims.

8. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Used products
• Installed products
• Scratched or altered products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Products showing signs of wear, dirt, bugs, scuffing, or other use
• Products purchased under special schemes, discounts, sale, or EoSS offers, unless defective
• Personal-use products such as helmets, gloves, biking shoes, or safety gear that have been opened or used

Any merchandise that has been installed or tried on a motorcycle will be considered used.

9. Refunds

Once a returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected by the LioneX Customer Service team.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the LioneX Moto website, including logos, graphics, photographs, product images, text, designs, videos, icons, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to LioneX Moto unless otherwise stated.

No content may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

LioneX Moto will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and reliable website services.

However, we shall not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including website interruptions, courier delays, technical failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

12. Force Majeure

LioneX Moto shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, technical failures, epidemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
